To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund and credit the amount back to your original payment method within a three working days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is reflected.
